Seth G. Weinstein and Charles Mallory as Principals of Clearview Investment Management acquired the Hoffman Fuel Depot, demolished fuel tanks, cleaned the property and along with Avalon Bay Communities obtained zoning approval for a major residential apartment complex with Marina. Avalon eventually purchased the entire project from Clearview and completed the project built as Avalon on Stamford Harbor.
