Located on one of the main business streets in Fairfield, Connecticut, this project consist of 30 luxury rental apartments over 14,500 square feet of ground floor retail. The structure was designed to restore, respect and preserve the historic charm of Fairfield. The building is flexible in design to accommodate between one and five retail tenants. Its exterior finish echoes the traditional store fronts found in Fairfield’s town center. The brick façade, exterior details reflecting Fairfield’s architectural heritage and beautiful plantings make the building a natural addition to the town’s landscape.
